Paula Stibbe, managing director, is J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Head of Global Liquidity Sales, Asia Pacific. A 20+ year veteran in global liquidity, Paula joined J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2011 and is a member of the Investment Management Asia Regional Management Committee, Asia Institutional Business Committee and Investment Management China Executive Committee. The Global Liquidity business in Asia is responsible for product development, sales and service of institutional short-duration fixed income investment solutions across the region, with offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney. Previously, she was a senior client portfolio manager specializing in short-duration taxable and tax aware strategies for institutional clients across the western United States. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stibbe was managing director, head of product management at BofA Global Capital Management. She and her team lead the strategic and tactical management of all product-related activities, including product development, request for proposals and the contracts office. In addition, Ms. Stibbe spent five years as a senior client portfolio manager at Columbia Management, a former Bank of America affiliate. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ms. Stibbe spent two years as a principal at Harris Investment Management, where she served as a senior institutional sales representative. Prior to that, she worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a vice president in various senior sales and operational roles. Ms. Stibbe earned her B.S from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and holds Series 24, 7 and 63 licenses.
